We all do it...the "I have to get to" ... "I must finish"..."tomorrow I am going to"..We zoom ahead of ourself...we project ourself into the future without really being aware of it..or we linger to long in the past, that we are not aware of today! So this permission slip allows you to stay in the present! It is a gift that you can give yourself that helps you to enjoy the moment that you are in RIGHT NOW! By being present in the moment you suddenly become aware of the wonderous life you are having right now, and after all it is this day that matters as we will never have it back again.
