SPEAK UP!

Every day you hear someone say.."I wish I would of told them..." We tend to believe that people hear the marbles rattling around inside our heads! As if by some magic they know exactly what we are thinking or exactly what we want without us having to say a single word. This permission slip allows you to be heard..To SPEAK UP..TO STAND UP..TO BE HEARD! We often times wait till it is to late to say the things we want and need to say...sometimes it comes out in anger other times it is just a missed opportunity to tell someone how much you care about them. This permission card says you don't have to wait, you can say all the wonderful, or even some of the non-wonderful things that you need to say without anger, without regret. When we speak our truths from our heart people tend to listen and hear us. So go ahead...it is a precious gift that you give yourself to be heard!
